This redundant pub in Wellington near Telford was turned into affordable housing and we were employed to design & install a tanking system to comply with BS8102

The walls and floor had a cavity drain membrane applied and a sump and pump unit was fitted with a battery back up pump to work in the event of a power failure

The stone steps were finished with plywood treads and risers
