What does a damp survey involve?
Visual, external and internal survey identifies defects
Electronic moisture meter will detect the extent , pattern, type and cause of damp
Hygrometer used to determine levels of condensation
Surveyor will check for signs of mould and the cause
All accessible timber is checked for woodworm and decay
Following a site survey, a written report with costings and recommendations will be emailed to you
