LEAKING GARAGE FULLY WATERPROOFED

This garage built into a hillside was subject to ground water ingress from the high ground A cavity drain membrane was installed with a drainage chanell set into a brick bund around the perimeter with outlets to allow the water to escape

The inside of the bund was waterproof with a resin coating as was the outside of the bund and the floor

A new block wall was then constructed to protect the membrane and provide a suitable finish for fixings etc making the garage now fully dry
