This grade 2 listed property in Liverpool with historical connections to the P & O shipping line has had a magnificent basement conversion undertaken

DAMPSHIELD UK LTD were comissioned to design and install the tanking system whereby cavity drain membranes were specified together with 2no sump and pump units both with battery back up pumping stations

The fact the building remained in use throughout the 12 month project, vaulted ceilings and numerous pipe and cable entrys added to the complexity of the work
