BASEMENT IN HOLYWELL

This small basement in Holywell has been waterproofed with cavity drain membranes and a sump & pump unit to provide a Gym for the owners use

The steps were overlaid with plywood and a battery back up control panel and pump were also installed making an unusable space now very useable
